We Are Strict About It

The following terms and conditions (these “Terms”) govern the provision by Parivartan Concept (“Company”) of the services and/or products (referred collectively herein as “Services and Products”) described on the Server Order Form, the Service Level Agreement and Service Exhibit attached hereto (collectively the “Service Descriptions”) and defined in any of the Company’s product support listing, to the customer (“Customer”) identified on the Service Descriptions. The Service Descriptions, these Terms and the attachments and any addenda hereto, executed with respect to the Services and Products, are referred to herein, collectively, as this “Agreement.” Parivartan Concept reserves the right to change and update this document as needs change or arise.

Disk Space and Bandwidth

Customer will be provided with the amount of disk space and bandwidth stated in their quote or plan from Parivartan Concept. Disk space usage and bandwidth usage are monitored by Parivartan Concept and will be provided to the client to use at their leisure. Customers are responsible for purchasing additional disk space or bandwidth beyond that detailed in their “Plan” or to remove files and stop network usage in order to bring their usage with their Plan’s limit. In one month you may use an extra 5% of your quota, however continued heavy usage of this will require an upgrade or extra usage fees.

Jurisdiction and Jurisdictional Disputes, Legal Responsibilities

The parties expressly recognize that, where Parivartan Concept is acting solely as Customer’s Host, Parivartan Concept is not engaged in, and is not actively soliciting, interstate or international commerce for said Customer. Where Parivartan Concept is a named party to any type of dispute or litigation involving any acts by Customer that affect out-of- state persons or entities, Customer agrees that it shall indemnify, hold Parivartan Concept harmless, defend Parivartan Concept exhaustively (including all legal cost(s), and challenge the jurisdiction of out of state authorities over Parivartan Concept).

Storage & Backups

Parivartan Concept shall store Customer’s web sites, files, email and databases on their servers. The parties expressly recognize that internet servers and links are susceptible to crashes, down time, vulnerabilities and that from time to time Parivartan Concept may need to perform maintenance on their services. Backups may be requested at any time if you have cPanel hosting, however Parivartan concept is not responsible for data that you may have lost due to said crashes, down time or vulnerabilities. In addition Parivartan Concept will not support illegal activities by providing you with a backup if your Web Hosting contains any of the materials found under the Abuse section of this document.


Parivartan Concept may temporarily suspend all service for the purpose of repair, maintenance or improvement of any of its systems, or whatever it deems necessary to maintain adequate services. However, Parivartan Concept shall provide prior notice within 24 hours for all maintenance. Failure to provide prior notice on our part does fall under our SLA. Invalid rDNS records may be removed in our own discretion.


The parties expressly recognize that it is impossible to maintain flawless security, therefore the customer is solely responsible for properly securing their hosting service provided by Parivartan Concept including changing initial passwords and making any security adjustments and patches over time. Customer is solely responsible for any damage caused by such unauthorized access, and Customer indemnifies and holds Parivartan Concept harmless for any compromise of Customer’s security that resulted from their own actions, the actions of Parivartan concept or the actions of any third party.


Message and data encryption is possible on Parivartan concept, however Customer is solely responsible for encoding their web site, content, and data to conform with generally accepted encryption standards, and Customer indemnifies and holds Parivartan concept harmless for any compromise of Customer's encryption method. Parivartan Concept respects the individual privacy of each user, however breaches in security and personal mistakes on the part of our employees do happen. You agree to indemnify and hold Parivartan Concept harmless and blameless for any compromise of your personal, business, or private information in any form.


Refunds are available on our hosting and storage services for up to 3 days for Virtual Private Servers.

Limitation on Company Liability.

Company shall not be deemed to be in default of any provision of this Agreement or be liable for any failure of performance of the Services and Products (including server interruption) to Customer(s) resulting, directly or indirectly, from any

(i) weather conditions, natural disasters or other acts of God,

(ii) action of any governmental or military authority,

(iii) failure caused by telecommunication or other Internet provider, or

(iv) other force or occurrence beyond its control.

PayPal Subscription Refund

Canceling service with us will not cancel any recurring payments you already have setup for this package in PayPal. To stop your PayPal account from sending us payment, you need to cancel your PayPal subscription for this package manually. Otherwise, you will continue to see fees for this package come out of your PayPalbalance. Our Terms of Services states that you will not get refunded for payments made by a PayPal subscription for a canceled package. Our Terms of Service state that you will not get compensated for payments made by a PayPal subscription for a canceled package.


Parivartan Concept is not responsible for copy-right infringements caused by what the Customer hosted on Parivartan Concept’s servers.

Pornographic Material

Pornographic material is allowed to be hosted on VPS Accounts. Hosting child pornography is NOT allowed and any client found to be doing so will be canceled immediately upon discovery and reported to the proper authorities.

Suspension and Termination

Parivartan concept will suspend VPS Hosting after 3 days of non-payment. After 5 days of non- payment Web Hosting will be terminated along with all data, IP addresses and other information. Repeated failure to pay invoices with termination will lead to account termination and refusal of service.

Free SEO Agreement

Free Search Engine Optimisation service is available on anual payment only and it can be availed after refund period which is 3 days for shared and VPS hosting and Dedicated servers comes with 30 days partial refund policies. SEO service can be ordered for main domain name only and it should be hosted with Parivartan Concept Technologies network, once you claim any free addons you wouldn't be able to request or claim any kind of refund.

What Are Resource Usage Policies?

In hosting environments, a server's resources are what economists would call a common pool resource, meaning that although having plenty of available system resources benefits everyone, no single user has an incentive to ensure that they don't use too many resources themselves. In an effort to protect against the tragedy of the (server) commons, we have placed limits on the amount of a server's resources that any given user may consume. While these are limits, server abuse is not limited to these policies and is up to Parivartan Concept's discretion what constitutes server abuse.

The Purpose of These Policies

Understand that these policies are in place to protect you, our customers, from poor service quality. Generally, if we need to impose a restriction on an account for resource abuse, that account is in violation of at least two of these policies (or one policy to a very serious degree) and is adversely affecting the other clients on their server. The large, large majority of sites, at least 99.5%, will never even have to take these limits into consideration. That being said, it's good to make yourself aware of them.


It is also important to note that many of these limits can be seen as "soft" limits. They are not actively enforced, and you can run up to or even over most of them without issue. If, however, you start to affect the overall performance of a server, we do need to have limits and policies in place. Without them it's incredibly hard to explain to the customer, in quantitative terms, exactly how a site is consuming too many system resources. If an account is found to be in violation of these Resource Usage Policies, we will do our best to work with clients to give 48 hours, 5 days, or 10 days notice depending on the severity of the violation. We reserve the right as outlined in the Terms of Service to suspend a site if it is causing a servere problem.


Refund Policy

Terms That Must Be Met in Order to Receive a Refund:

Refunds are only applicable for monthly hosting service fees; Refunds are only applicable if we have failed to provide 99% uptime of the service; Refund is provided only once for a single account of the customer;

Refunds are only applicable for services paid using Credit/Debit Cards. If payments were done using 3rd party checkout services (PayPal,Skrill, 2Checkout, Pyaza,Paytm, Airtel Money, mpesa, Atom etc.) refunds are only provided to clients’ accounts credit balance(refunded credit will expire at the end of that month).

If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days

Refunds Are Not Available When:

The service was not accessible because of the illegal activities (DoS attacks and customer scripts that might have caused traffic and accessibility issues)

The service was purchased using a discount code;

Customer was suspended or terminated during the 90 days period (because of the violation of TOS Terms of Service)

Requesting a refund for additionally purchased services. These services include domain names,

SSL certificates, software licenses, application fees;

Requesting a refund for VPS Hosting.

First 30 Days

If refund is requested during the first 30 days period and your service is qualified for it you will be receiving a full refund. After refund is transferred back to your credit card within 45 days and the service will be fully terminated, making it inaccessible.

After 30 Days

If refund is requested after 30 days period and your service no refund will be initiated.

Cancellation Policy

Web Technocraft offers money back policy We will not entertain any cancellation request once we received the payment or retreat request after 24 hrs.

We at Web Technocraft always endeavor to offer custom solutions in accordance with our client’s needs & requirements. However, if you as a client are not completely satisfied with the software/application for any reason, you can return your order within 24 hrs from the Time of delivery and seek a refund of the amount paid.

It is the customer’s/client’s responsibility to familiarize with the Web Technocraft Refund & Cencellation Policy. By placing an order for software products, you indicate that you have read this Policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this said policy.

Service Delivery Policy

Delivery of our services rendered by or on behalf of Web Technocraft will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services you may contact our helpdesk on 040 6678 7704. Within 30 days we will provide service to the client after he made the payment successfully. We provide soft copy of invoice, it will deliver by mail.
